Growing up on a dairy farm in North East Victoria gave Archie an appreciation of the work ethic and skills required by business owners – including the challenges of managing working capital requirements.
After graduating from Agricultural Science at the University of Melbourne, Archie started his finance career with Rabobank, followed by The Queensland Rural Adjustment Authority, and finally, spent 12 years with NAB in Commercial Banking in Melbourne and then Albury.
Having experience across both Agricultural and Commercial lending, Archie brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role at Yield, whether it’s helping clients to structure their finances or just finding them the best deal.
In addition to his role at Yield, Archie plays an integral role in running his family’s dairy farm, which provides a deep understanding of the day to day pressures of running a business, managing staff and meeting all financial commitments.
Having worked within the banking industry, as well as running a business, Archie has a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies of the financial system that can be somewhat overwhelming for many people. He enjoys working with clients to help navigate through the complexities of today’s lending market and giving them the peace of mind that they’re in good hands.
