Born and bred into a large-scale farming family in Griffith, NSW, Kristian understands the complexities of managing a regional business. Having spent 10 years working in the family business, he understands first-hand the importance of cash-flow and that hard work produces results, irrespective of the industry you are in.
Kristian has a wealth of experience in the financial sector having worked for a major financial banking institution in three regional centres during his seven year tenure.
In 2016 he helped establish the commercial and agribusiness lending arm of the Yield Finance Group and has spent the past few years expanding his reputation in the market and building strong relationships with banks and lenders. This in turn allows him to utilise his skills and assist his clients negotiate the best finance package available for their business needs.
Whilst the majority of Kristian’s clients are in the agricultural sector (including some of the largest family farming operations in the region), he is well known across the Riverina and northern Victoria, and has the knowledge and expertise to assist clients on all commercial financial matters.
Through his old-school banking philosophies and a great work ethic, he quickly gains the trust of his clients, producing favourable results for them with the lenders, who appreciate his knowledge, integrity and attention to detail.
